The Leadership and Democracy Lab is committed to conducting research that is of a high academic standard. Through this commitment, the Leadership and Democracy Lab assists students in developing and improving upon their research, critical thinking and writing skills. The Leadership and Democracy Lab garnishes most of its information from peer-reviewed journal articles, grey literature, and news articles in order to ensure that the most academic and up to date information is utilized.
